Marinade

½ dl olive oil
1 tsp mild paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
½ organic lime

Meat

1 garlic clove
400 g minced meat (beef and pork)
4 tbsp panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
¼ tsp salt

Vegetables

3 bell pepper
1 red onion
1 tin corn kernels (approx. 285 g)
½ tsp salt
a little pepper

To roast

350 g corn tortillas

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Marinade

½ dl olive oil
1 tsp mild paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
½ organic lime

Combine the oil, paprika and cumin, grate in the lime zest, squeeze out the juice, add to the marinade.

Meat

1 garlic clove
400 g minced meat (beef and pork)
4 tbsp panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
¼ tsp salt

Mince the garlic in a bowl, add the meat and breadcrumbs, season with salt, add 2 tbsp of the marinade. Mix together, knead well until you have a compact mixture. Divide the mixture into 16 portions, shape into oval sausages.

Vegetables

3 bell pepper
1 red onion
1 tin corn kernels (approx. 285 g)
½ tsp salt
a little pepper

Halve the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin wedges. Drain the corn, transfer to a tray lined with baking paper along with the pepper, onion, sausages and the remainder of the marinade, mix, season.

To roast

350 g corn tortillas

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove from the oven, add the tortillas, cook for a further 5 mins.

Good to know
Tip: Mash 1 ripe avocado with a fork, mix with 125 g of low-fat quark and 1 tbsp of lime juice, season. Serve with the dip.
