Pastry

1 pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)
3 tbsp ground almonds

Apples

750 g apples (e.g. Boskoop)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder

Sauce

3 eggs
2 dl almond drink

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Pastry

1 pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)
3 tbsp ground almonds

Line a tart tin (approx. 28 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Place the pastry in the tin. Prick the pastry firmly with a fork. Scatter the almonds over the top.

Apples

750 g apples (e.g. Boskoop)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder

Core the apples and cut into thin slices, place in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and vanilla, mix. Spread the apples on top of the pastry.

Sauce

3 eggs
2 dl almond drink

Whisk the eggs and almond milk, pour over the apples.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Good to know
Serve with: Mix 150 g of Greek yoghurt with a pinch of cinnamon, serve with the tart.
