How it's done

To shape
Unroll the dough, cut into eight 8 wedges using a knife or pastry wheel.
Croissants
Halve the chocolate sticks, place on the dough pieces, roll into croissants.
Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Beat the egg and use it to brush the croissants.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a rack.
