Blackberries

350 g blackberries

Crumble

100 g almond slivers
100 g ground almonds
50 g white almond cream
1 parcel bourbon vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Blackberries

350 g blackberries

Place the berries in the dish.

Crumble

100 g almond slivers
100 g ground almonds
50 g white almond cream
1 parcel bourbon vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt

Place the almond slivers in a bowl with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, rub by hand to form a crumbly mixture.

Sprinkle the crumble on top of the berries.

Bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180 °C.
