How it's done

Dates
Cut the dates lengthways, remove the stones.
Spread the peanut butter inside the dates, place on a plate lined with baking paper.
Melt the bag of cake icing in a hot bain-marie, pour the icing into a small bowl. One at a time, dip the dates half way into the icing, return to the baking paper, freeze for approx. 10 mins.
| Tip: | Sprinkle the chocolate with fleur de sel prior to freezing. |
