Semolina

2 ½ dl coconut milk
5 dl water
3 tbsp chocolate powder
100 g durum wheat semolina
1 orange
2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Semolina

2 ½ dl coconut milk
5 dl water
3 tbsp chocolate powder
100 g durum wheat semolina

Add the coconut milk, water and chocolate powder to a pan, bring to the boil. Stir in the semolina, simmer for approx. 5 mins. over a very low heat, stirring constantly to form a thick paste.

1 orange
2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Peel the orange, cut into thin slices. Serve the semolina in small bowls, top with the orange and the chocolate sprinkles.
