Granola

1 tbsp butter
60 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
30 g ground almonds
30 g puffed spelt
1 tbsp sugar

Strawberries

250 g strawberries
1 tsp sugar

To serve

400 g plain yoghurt

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Granola

1 tbsp butter
60 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
30 g ground almonds
30 g puffed spelt
1 tbsp sugar

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the oats and almonds, toast for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Transfer the granola to a bowl. Add the puffed spelt and sugar, mix, leave to cool slightly.

Strawberries

250 g strawberries
1 tsp sugar

Slice the strawberries, place in a bowl. Add the sugar, mix, leave to stand for approx. 5 mins.

To serve

400 g plain yoghurt

Stir the yoghurt, distribute into bowls, top with the granola and strawberries.

Good to know
Tip: Drizzle a little runny honey over the granola.
