Puff pastry dough

1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 42 cm)
2 tbsp mixed seeds

Hot dogs

8 frankfurter sausages

To serve

1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Puff pastry dough

1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 42 cm)
2 tbsp mixed seeds

Unroll the pastry, sprinkle with kernels and roll with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into 8 equally sized rectangles (approx. 10 cm x 12 cm).

Hot dogs

8 frankfurter sausages

Place the sausages diagonally on the pieces of dough, fold the corners of the dough over the sausages and press down gently. Place the hot dogs on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, serve on a platter.

To serve

1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup

Put mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl, mix together, and serve with the hot dogs,
