To toast the nuts
Toast the nuts in a frying pan without any oil for approx. 2 mins. Remove, leave to cool. Finely chop the nuts and berries, place in separate bowls.
Peel and halve the bananas, insert an ice lolly stick into each.
Melt the cake icing in a warm bain-marie or microwave, pour into a bowl. Dip ¾ of the banana into the warm cake icing. Allow the excess icing to drip off, sprinkle with the nuts or berries, place on a sheet of baking paper, cover and chill for approx. 5 mins.
