Egg mixture

180 g plain yoghurt
2 eggs
½ tbsp Maizena cornflour
1 parcel vanilla sugar (approx. 8 g)
2 tbsp honey

Mini tarts

a little butter
1 spelt pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)
2 tbsp ground almonds
250 g rhubarb

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Egg mixture

180 g plain yoghurt
2 eggs
½ tbsp Maizena cornflour
1 parcel vanilla sugar (approx. 8 g)
2 tbsp honey

Combine the yoghurt, eggs, cornflour, vanilla sugar and honey.

Mini tarts

a little butter
1 spelt pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)
2 tbsp ground almonds

Grease 8 ovenproof mini tart tins (approx. 8 cm in diameter). Cut out 8 circles (10 cm in diameter) from the dough, place in the tart tins. Prick the bases firmly with a fork, sprinkle with almonds.

250 g rhubarb

Cut the rhubarb into mini batons, place on the tart bases. Pour the egg mixture over the top.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly in the tins, remove from the tins and leave to cool completely on a rack.

Good to know
Note: Cut out 7 circles, combine the leftover dough, roll out, cut out the final circle.
