Cookie dough

100 g butter
80 g sugar
1 egg
1 pinch salt

Dry ingredients

250 g white flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 g dark chocolate
1 banana (approx. 130 g)

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Cookie dough

100 g butter
80 g sugar
1 egg
1 pinch salt

Melt the butter in a small pan, allow to cool slightly. Mix the sugar, egg and salt in a bowl. Pour in the butter, mix.

Dry ingredients

250 g white flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 g dark chocolate
1 banana (approx. 130 g)

Combine the flour and baking powder, mix into the egg mixture, cut the chocolate and banana into cubes, mix in.

Cookies

With wet hands, shape the dough into approx. 12 balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of room between each ball, flatten a little.

To bake

Approx. 12 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on the tray, transfer to a cooling rack and leave to cool completely.

Good to know
Tip: Place several dried banana chips on top of the cookies prior to baking, press down gently.
