Batter

75 g white flour
75 g Maizena cornflour
½ tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
1 ½ dl sparkling mineral water

Bananas

12 baby bananas
30 g coconut flakes
30 g panko breadcrumbs

Fry

6 tbsp peanut oil

Vanilla dip

300 g plain greek yoghurt
1 tbsp vanilla sugar

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Batter

75 g white flour
75 g Maizena cornflour
½ tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
1 ½ dl sparkling mineral water

Mix the flour, cornflour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Pour in the water, mix with the whisk. Cover the batter and chill for approx. 20 mins.

Bananas

12 baby bananas
30 g coconut flakes
30 g panko breadcrumbs

Peel the bananas. Mix the coconut flakes and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.

Fry

6 tbsp peanut oil

Dip the bananas in the batter and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Reduce the heat, place the bananas carefully in the oil, fry for approx. 4 mins. all over until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Vanilla dip

300 g plain greek yoghurt
1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Mix the yoghurt and vanilla sugar in a small dish, serve with the bananas.
