100 g double cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
1 parcel vanilla sugar
1 dl full cream

Strawberries

100 g whole-grain biscuits
500 g strawberries

How it's done

Mixture

100 g double cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
1 parcel vanilla sugar
1 dl full cream

Place the cream cheese and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix well with a whisk, beat the cream until stiff, carefully fold into the cream cheese mixture. Serve the cream cheese mixture in a small bowl.

Strawberries

100 g whole-grain biscuits
500 g strawberries

Place the biscuits in a plastic bag, finely crush with a rolling pin, transfer to a shallow dish. Dip the strawberries half way into the cream cheese mixture and then roll them in the biscuit crumbs, serve on a platter.
