Filling

1 banana
250 g low-fat quark

Pastry dough

1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 42 cm)
50 g mixed nuts

Decorate

150 g strawberries

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Filling

1 banana
250 g low-fat quark

Place the banana and quark in a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork.

Pastry dough

1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 42 cm)

Roll out the dough, cut into 16 equal rectangles. Spread the filling on top of the dough, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all the way around.

50 g mixed nuts

Coarsely chop the nuts, spread on top of the rectangles.

Bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly.

Decorate

150 g strawberries

Cut the strawberries into thin slices, fan them out on top of the puff pastry tarts.
