How it's done

Soup
Bring the water to the boil in a pan. Reduce the heat, add the stock cube, stir. Add the pasta, ham and peas, simmer for approx. 7 mins. until the pasta is al dente.
Serve
Plate up the soup, finely chop the parsley, sprinkle on top.
