Spekulatius milk

½ tbsp ground cane sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp ginger powder
2 pinch ground cloves
1 dl milk

Mixture

250 g mascarpone
1 dl cream
50 g ground cane sugar

Tiramisu

8 sponge fingers (approx. 60 g)

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Spekulatius milk

½ tbsp ground cane sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp ginger powder
2 pinch ground cloves
1 dl milk

In a bowl, mix the sugar with all the other ingredients up to and including the ground cloves. Place half in a pan with the milk, heat gently. Remove the pan from the heat, leave to cool. Set the remaining Spekulatius spices aside.

Mixture

250 g mascarpone
1 dl cream
50 g ground cane sugar

Add the mascarpone, cream and sugar to a bowl and whisk thoroughly.

Tiramisu

8 sponge fingers (approx. 60 g)

Break the sponge fingers into pieces, divide half between the glasses. Cover with half of the Spekulatius milk and half of the creamy mixture. Place the remaining sponge fingers on top, cover with the remaining Spekulatius milk and creamy mixture, dust with the Spekulatius spices, cover and chill.
