To prepare

a little butter

Vegetables

800 g kohlrabi
500 g carrots
100 g Landjäger

Sauce

4 dl full cream
80 g grated Parmesan
1 ½ tbsp Maizena cornflour
2 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

To prepare

a little butter

Grease the dish with butter.

Vegetables

800 g kohlrabi
500 g carrots
100 g Landjäger

Peel the kohlrabi and carrots, cut into approx. 5 mm slices. Cut the kohlrabi slices in half. Spread the vegetables in the dish. Cut the Landjäger sausage into slices, spread on top, mix.

Sauce

4 dl full cream
80 g grated Parmesan
1 ½ tbsp Maizena cornflour
2 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper

Combine the cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables.

To bake

Approx. 55 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C.
