Pasta

250 g pasta (e.g. spelt elbow macaroni)
salted water, boiling

Dressing

2 tbsp mustard
5 tbsp apple vinegar
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt

Salad

200 g carrots
250 g cherry tomatoes
150 g mild Emmental
100 g Landjäger

To serve

½ bunch flat-leaf parsley

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Pasta

250 g pasta (e.g. spelt elbow macaroni)
salted water, boiling

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, rinse in cold water, drain.

Dressing

2 tbsp mustard
5 tbsp apple vinegar
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt

Whisk the vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard and water in a bowl, season with salt.

Salad

200 g carrots
250 g cherry tomatoes
150 g mild Emmental
100 g Landjäger

Peel and roughly grate the carrots, add to the sauce along with the pasta.Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the cheese and Landjäger sausage into cubes, add, mix.

To serve

½ bunch flat-leaf parsley

Tear off the parsley leaves and add.
