To prepare

1 cauliflower (approx. 600 g)
1 onion
1 garlic clove

Cauliflower

olive oil for frying
1 tin chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
1 cinnamon stick
2 dl chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste

To serve

100 g feta
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

To prepare

1 cauliflower (approx. 600 g)
1 onion
1 garlic clove

Remove the core from the cauliflower.Separate the cauliflower into florets, halve the larger florets. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Cauliflower

olive oil for frying
1 tin chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
1 cinnamon stick
2 dl chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste

Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the cauliflower, stir fry for approx. 10 mins. Remove and set aside. Reduce the heat, add a dash of oil to the same pan. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for approx. 3 mins. Add the tomatoes and cinnamon stick to the cauliflower, pour in the stock, bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for approx. 25 mins., season.

To serve

100 g feta
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley

Serve the cauliflower. Crumble the feta, sprinkle on top. Tear off the parsley leaves and scatter on top.

Good to know
Serve with: Toast or rice.
