Tortillas

160 g corn tortillas

Soup

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tin black beans (approx. 120 g), rinsed, drained
1 litre chicken bouillon

To serve

75 g grated Cheddar
100 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp fried onions

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Tortillas

160 g corn tortillas

Cut the tortillas into thin strips.

Soup

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tin black beans (approx. 120 g), rinsed, drained
1 litre chicken bouillon

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the beans, sauté for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the stock, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tortilla strips, mix.

To serve

75 g grated Cheddar
100 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp fried onions

Serve the soup in bowls, add the cheese, crème fraîche and fried onions.
