Gnocchi

80 g diced bacon
550 g gnocchi
1 dl single cream
¼ tsp mild paprika
salt and pepper to taste

To serve

½ bunch chives

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Onion

Peel the onions, slice thinly.

Gnocchi

80 g diced bacon
550 g gnocchi
1 dl single cream
¼ tsp mild paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Without adding any oil, fry the bacon in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 5 mins. Reduce the heat, add the onion, sauté for approx. 3 mins. Add the gnocchi and cook for approx. 3 mins. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, season.

To serve

½ bunch chives

Plate up the gnocchi. Finely chop the chives using scissors, sprinkle on top.
