Filling

300 g savoy cabbage
1 onion
1 garlic clove
olive oil for frying
300 g minced meat (beef)
1 tsp mild paprika
a little pepper
½ tsp salt
1 dl vegetable bouillon

Burritos

4 wheat tortillas (approx. 22 cm in diameter)
200 g crème fraîche
100 g grated Gruyère

How it's done

Filling

300 g savoy cabbage
1 onion
1 garlic clove
olive oil for frying
300 g minced meat (beef)
1 tsp mild paprika
a little pepper
½ tsp salt
1 dl vegetable bouillon

Cut the savoy cabbage into fine strips.Peel the onion and garlic,chop finely. Heat a dash of oil in a large frying pan. Add the mince, brown for approx. 2 mins. Remove, season the meat. Reduce the heat, wipe the cooking fat from the pan, add a dash of oil to the same pan. Add the savoy cabbage, onion and garlic, sauté for approx. 5 mins. Pour in the vegetable stock, reduce the heat, return the meat, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins.

Burritos

4 wheat tortillas (approx. 22 cm in diameter)
200 g crème fraîche
100 g grated Gruyère

Heat the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Spread crème fraîche over the tortillas, leaving a border of about 1 cm around the edge. Top with cheese. Spread the minced meat filling on top, fold in one side, roll up,
