Yeast dough

500 g white flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
½ cube yeast (approx. 20 g)
3 dl water
3 tbsp olive oil

Pizza

150 g mozzarella
6 pitted black olives
1 yellow pepper
200 g tomato sauce

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Yeast dough

500 g white flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
½ cube yeast (approx. 20 g)
3 dl water
3 tbsp olive oil

<Kids> Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Crumble the yeast, mix in. Add the water and oil, mix and knead to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for approx. 2 hrs. at room temperature until doubled in size.

Pizza

150 g mozzarella
6 pitted black olives
1 yellow pepper
200 g tomato sauce

Slice the mozzarella. Cut the olives in half, slice the pepper. Divide the dough into 6 pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll out into circles (each approx.15 cm in diameter), place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Top with the tomato sauce and mozzarella. Make faces using the olives and pepper.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
