Sauce

100 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
¼ tsp salt

Vegetables

1 carrot
½ red pepper
1 baby lettuce
1 tin corn kernels (approx. 140 g)

Tarte flambée

1 tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Sauce

100 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
¼ tsp salt

Mix the crème fraîche and pesto, season with salt.

Vegetables

1 carrot
½ red pepper
1 baby lettuce
1 tin corn kernels (approx. 140 g)

Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Cut the pepper into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Remove the lettuce leaves, tear into large pieces. Drain the sweetcorn.

Tarte flambée

1 tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle

Roll out the dough, place on a baking tray. Spread the sauce on top of the dough, add the pepper, carrot, sweetcorn and lettuce.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
