How it's done

Place the chickpeas in a measuring cup, add the oil, garlic, curry and lime juice, puree, season with salt.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the chicken for approx. 4 mins., remove, season with salt. Deseed the pepper, cut into strips. Add the pepper to the same pan, season, stir fry for approx. 5 mins. Return the chicken to the pan, mix.
Peel the cucumber, cut into sticks.Bake the pita breads according to the packet instructions, cut open lengthwise.Fill the pitas with hummus, chicken, pepper and cucumber.
