How it's done
The kids can help at the marked areas .
Grate the cheese, set aside.
Place the tortillas on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread the cream cheese over the tortillas.
Sprinkle the diced bacon and cheese on top.
Approx. 10 mins. in an oven preheated to 200°C (convection). Remove, plate up the tarte flambée.
Finely chop the chives using scissors, sprinkle on top of the tarte flambée, season.
|Tip:||Place several onion rings on top of the tarte flambée prior to baking.|
