Dressing

3 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 dl vegetable bouillon
1 tbsp liquid honey
salt and pepper to taste

Pasta

250 g pasta (e.g. risoni)
salted water, boiling

Salad

400 g courgettes
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper
½ bunch basil

Serve

125 g cream cheese, plain
80 g cured ham in slices
½ bunch basil

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Dressing

3 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 dl vegetable bouillon
1 tbsp liquid honey
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk the vinegar, oil, stock and honey in a bowl, season.

Pasta

250 g pasta (e.g. risoni)
salted water, boiling

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, add to the dressing, mix.

Salad

400 g courgettes
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper
½ bunch basil

Quarter the courgette lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the courgette, stir fry for approx. 5 mins., season, add to the pasta. Roughly chop the basil, add, mix.

Serve

125 g cream cheese, plain
80 g cured ham in slices
½ bunch basil

Spread the cream cheese on top of the salad. Tear the ham and basil, scatter on top.
