Sweet potatoes

300 g sweet potatoes
1 tbsp sugar

Quark

50 g dark chocolate (Crémant)
250 g low-fat quark

Topping

1 banana
1 organic lime

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Sweet potatoes

300 g sweet potatoes
1 tbsp sugar

Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into slices approx. 8 mm thick, empty the sugar into a dish, toss the sweet potatoes in the sugar, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly.

Quark

50 g dark chocolate (Crémant)
250 g low-fat quark

Break the chocolate into pieces, chop finely, place half of the chocolate in a bowl with the quark, mix, spread on top of the sweet potato slices.

Topping

1 banana
1 organic lime

Peel the banana, cut into slices, place in a small bowl. Rinse the lime with hot water, pat dry, grate in the zest. Squeeze 1 tbsp of juice, mix with the banana, spread on top of the quark. Sprinkle with the remainder of the chocolate.
