Dressing

1 tbsp sweet mustard
4 tbsp orange vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt

Orange

2 oranges

Salad

150 g lambs' lettuce
300 g mozzarella balls

How it's done

Preparation

Dressing

1 tbsp sweet mustard
4 tbsp orange vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt

Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt.

Orange

2 oranges

Peel the orange, tear into segments, halve lengthwise.

Salad

150 g lambs' lettuce
300 g mozzarella balls

Place the lamb's lettuce in the dressing, mix. Add the mozzarella and orange segments, mix, plate up.
