How it's done
The kids can help at the marked areas .
Place the flour, semolina and salt in a bowl, mix.
Crumble the yeast, mix into the flour.
Pour in the water and oil, mix using a dough scraper, knead for approx. 10 mins. to create a soft, smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 2 hrs. until doubled in size.
