Vegetables

300 g carrots
250 g mushrooms
4 cervelat sausages

One-pot pasta

350 g pasta (e.g. macaroni)
1 tin corn kernels
1 tin chopped tomatoes
7 dl meat bouillon
a little pepper

To serve

2 sprig parsley
2 dl sour single cream
80 g grated Gruyère

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Vegetables

300 g carrots
250 g mushrooms
4 cervelat sausages

Peel the carrots, cut into thin slices. Quarter the mushrooms. Peel the sausages and cut in half lengthwise, cut into slices.

One-pot pasta

350 g pasta (e.g. macaroni)
1 tin corn kernels
1 tin chopped tomatoes
7 dl meat bouillon
a little pepper

Place the pasta, carrots, mushrooms and sausages in a large pan. Rinse the sweetcorn, drain, add to the pan along with the tomatoes. Pour in the stock, mix, bring to the boil. Cover and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente, season.

To serve

2 sprig parsley
2 dl sour single cream
80 g grated Gruyère

Finely chop the parsley, add the parsley, sour single cream and cheese to the pasta, mix.
