How it's done

Peel and finely chop the onion, finely chop the parsley. Place the mince, Cornflakes, onion and parsley in a bowl. Add the egg, season, knead by hand until you have a compact mass.
Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the burgers for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
