How it's done

Combine the mustard, honey, oil, curry and sesame seeds. Thread the chipolatas onto the skewers, brush with 3 tbsp of the marinade, set aside the remainder of the marinade.
Cover and grill the skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins., turning occasionally.
Tear off the baby lettuce leaves. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the mini cucumbers into slices, place everything on a plate. Add the vinegar and oil to the reserved marinade, mix, season the salad dressing.
Place the sausage skewers on the plate. Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad.
