How it's done
The kids can help at the marked areas .
Crushed tomato sauce
Place the cherry tomatoes in a bowl, roughly crush with a potato masher. Add the oil, season with salt, mix.
To cook the pasta
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and add to the bowl of tomatoes, mix. Tear the basil leaves and mix in.
Tip: | Crush the tomatoes with clean hands instead of a potato masher. Press in 1 clove of garlic, as desired. |
