Dry ingredients

100 g dark chocolate
70 g white flour
70 g gluten-free wholegrain rolled oats
50 g coconut palm sugar
50 g sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

Runny ingredients

50 g butter
¾ dl milk
½ tsp bourbon vanilla powder

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Dry ingredients

100 g dark chocolate
70 g white flour
70 g gluten-free wholegrain rolled oats
50 g coconut palm sugar
50 g sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

Roughly chop the chocolate, place in a bowl. Add the flour, coconut palm sugar, suger, salt and baking powder, mix.

Runny ingredients

50 g butter
¾ dl milk
½ tsp bourbon vanilla powder

Melt the butter in a small pan, allow to cool slightly. Stir in the milk and vanilla.

Cookie Dough

Pour the runny ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix with a wooden spoon, combine quickly to form a dough. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.

Cookies

With wet hands, shape into approx. 16 balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of room between each ball, flatten a little. Cover and chill for approx. 20 mins.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, leave the cookies to cool on the tray.
