How it's done

Peel the skin from the orange using a peeler, squeeze out the juice. Place the orange peel and juice in a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon stick, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, cover the punch and allow to infuse for approx. 15 mins., strain the liquid.
Cut the apple and orange into slices, add to the punch, serve hot.
