White spread

1 red-skinned apple
¾ banana
50 g white almond cream
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice

Yellow spread

½ tsp turmeric

Blue tit

2 slices whole-grain toast bread
20 g blueberries
4 sugar eyes
2 pumpkin seeds

Tengmalm's owl

¼ banana
2 slices whole-grain toast bread
20 g chocolate shavings
10 g flaked almonds
4 sugar eyes
2 pumpkin seeds

Robin

100 g carrots
2 slices whole-grain toast bread
4 sugar eyes
2 pumpkin seeds

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

White spread

1 red-skinned apple
¾ banana
50 g white almond cream
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice

Cut ¾ of the apple into 12 thin slices. Peel the remaining apple, cut into small pieces,add the banana, almond butter, water and lemon juice in a measuring jug,puree.

Yellow spread

½ tsp turmeric

Place ⅓ of the spread in a little bowl, mix with turmeric.

Blue tit

2 slices whole-grain toast bread
20 g blueberries
4 sugar eyes
2 pumpkin seeds

Spread the slices of toast with the yellow spread. Place two apple slices on the sides for the wings, top with blueberries. Add sugar eyes and pumpkin seeds for the beak.

Tengmalm's owl

¼ banana
2 slices whole-grain toast bread
20 g chocolate shavings
10 g flaked almonds
4 sugar eyes
2 pumpkin seeds

Cut the banana into 4 thin slices.Spread the slices of toast with half of the white spread. Place two apple slices on the sides for the wings. Top with chocolate sprinkles and slivered almonds. Add sugar eyes and pumpkin seeds for the beak.

Robin

100 g carrots
2 slices whole-grain toast bread
4 sugar eyes
2 pumpkin seeds

Coarsely grate the carrots Spread the slices of toast with the remaining white spread. Place two apple slices on the sides for the wings. Create the feathers with the carrot. Add sugar eyes and pumpkin seeds for the beak.
