How it's done

Roll out the dough. Spread half of the tomato sauce on top, add the ham, tear the mozzarella into pieces and place on top along with the tomatoes and olives, pour the remainder of the tomato sauce over the top, sprinkle with the mixed herbs.
Roll up the dough from the long edge, place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the ends down firmly with a fork.
Beat the egg, use to glaze the dough, sprinkle with the mixed herbs. Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
