1 bag dark cake icing
2 tbsp chocolate shavings

How it's done

Fruit

200 g white grapes

Peel the kiwis, cut in half lengthwise. Remove 24 grapes from the stem, set aside 8. Cut the remaining grapes in half crosswise.

Turtles

1 bag dark cake icing

Melt the bag of cake icing in a hot bain-marie, pour into a small bowl. Using a fork, dip the kiwi halves into the icing, place (cut side down) on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the cut surfaces of the halved grapes onto the sides of the kiwi. Press a whole grape on as a head. Make the remaining turtles in the same way.

2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Top with the chocolate shavings. Chill the turtles for approx. 15 mins.

Good to know
Note: Press the grapes on before the icing sets. Sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the icing before it sets.
