250 g courgettes
½ tsp mild paprika
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Quesadillas

150 g mozzarella
60 g grated Gruyère
4 whole-grain tortillas
1 glass tomato sauce for pizza (approx. 190 g)
oil for frying

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Vegetables

250 g courgettes
½ tsp mild paprika
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Coarsely grate the courgettes using a rösti grater,place in a bowl, season.Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the courgettes, sauté for approx. 4 mins. Remove, allow to cool slightly.

Quesadillas

150 g mozzarella
60 g grated Gruyère
4 whole-grain tortillas
1 glass tomato sauce for pizza (approx. 190 g)
oil for frying

Preheat the oven to 60 °C, warm the platter and plates. Gently tear apart the mozzarella, set aside. Spread ¼ of the tomato sauce on half of each tortilla, spread ¼ of the cheese and courgette on top, fold the empty half of the tortilla over the top, press down gently. In a non-stick frying pan, fry the tortillas one after the other in a little oil for approx. 2 mins. on each side, until the cheese has melted slightly. Remove, keep warm. Quarter the quesadillas, serve.
