Ramen

300 g ramen noodles
water, boiling

Vegetables

500 g broccoli
2 onions
2 garlic cloves

Fried ramen

1 tbsp olive oil

To serve

4 fresh eggs
4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Ramen

300 g ramen noodles
water, boiling

Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for approx. 3 mins. until al dente, drain, reserve approx. 1 dl of the cooking water and set aside.

Vegetables

500 g broccoli
2 onions
2 garlic cloves

Break the broccoli into florets, peel the onions and garlic. Finely chop the garlic, slice the onions into thin strips.

Fried ramen

1 tbsp olive oil

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the broccoli and stir fry for approx. 5 mins. Add the onions and garlic, sauté for approx. 3 mins. Add the ramen and reserved cooking water, cook for approx. 1 min. until the water has evaporated.

To serve

4 fresh eggs
4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork. Pour the egg mixture into the ramen and stir fry for approx. 1 min. Add the Teriyaki sauce, mix, serve. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
