Tea

8 dl water
1 ½ tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fruit tea

Puree

250 g strawberries

Iced tea

250 g strawberries
4 sprig lemon balm
some ice cubes

How it's done

The kids can help at the marked areas .

Tea

8 dl water
1 ½ tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fruit tea

Mix the water and sugar in a pan, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the herbs, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 8 mins. Pour the tea back into the pan through a sieve, allow to cool, then chill for approx. 1 hr.

Puree

250 g strawberries

Remove the leaves from the strawberries, quarter them, place in a measuring cup, puree.

Iced tea

250 g strawberries
4 sprig lemon balm
some ice cubes

Cut the strawberries into slices, distribute them in the glasses with a sprig of lemon balm and a few ice cubes each. Stir the cold fruit tea with the strawberry puree, pour into the glasses.
