Dying eggs

Nature provides the most beautiful colours – the same applies when dying eggs. You can create your own dyes using blueberries, red cabbage or beetroot. Coarsely grate the vegetables incl. skin and stem. Place the blueberries or vegetables in separate pans, cover with water and simmer for approx. 45 mins. Strain and dye the eggs in the coloured liquid. Each egg will take on a wonderful colour of its own. The colour will become more intense the longer you leave the egg in the dye.
